Material Drop Off

Hello Win Ferguson Families,

In preparation for the end of the 2019-2020 school year, we have created a schedule of times and dates that materials can be dropped off at the school. These supplies include items such as library books, textbooks and chromebooks. Given the recommendations from Alberta Health and our Division related to limiting the spread of COVID-19, and in order to facilitate this in an orderly manner we are:

  • asking families to come on specific days and during specified times to ensure that we do not have too many people at school at one time, please adhere to the schedule below
  • only one person per family come to drop off supplies
  • time at school be limited to how long it takes you to drop off school resources
  • requiring all families who come to the school to ensure they are healthy, symptom free and not following self-isolation protocols
  • asking families to access the school through the main doors only
  • requesting that all visitors follow “cover your cough/sneeze” practices
  • requiring all families to follow social distancing protocols
  • use non-touch greetings - waving, thumbs up etc.

When you arrive at the school, please follow the directions of staff and signage. Pylons will be set out to ensure proper social distancing if you are required to wait.

Please have your chromebooks charged when you are dropping them off. A short check will be done to ensure they are in working order. To speed up the process, have your chromebook open and logged in under your child’s profile. (You will need your child’s username and password to login.) 

If a chromebook is not in working order, or if it is not returned a fee will be assigned, as agreed upon in the EIPS Equipment Loan Agreement, which was signed when the chromebook was originally picked up. You will also be asked to re-sign the form, noting that it is not working.

If library books or textbooks are damaged or not returned, a fee will be assigned to your account.

9 a.m - 12 p.m.

Grade 4

9 a.m - 12 p.m.

Grade 6

Wednesday, June 24


1 p.m. - 3 p.m.

 

If you have children in more than one grade, please drop off any items following the date and time set for your youngest child. You do not need to come more than once.
