Surveys

We are currently seeking feedback, in the form of surveys, for 3 important topics.  If you have an opinion to share, please use the links below to access the surveys!

1. Report card Input
-EIPS is in the process of revamping the way we do report cards.  Parent feedback is crucial, because we need to know what you want to see!  What do you like about the way they're done? What would you want to see changed? Etc.
To complete this survey, go to: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/WZKS8WK

2. Leader in Me

-Our school is looking for feedback on how Leader in Me language is being used in your home. Do you have any stories, examples of how your child is using it, any differences in behaviour, responsibility, Or, are you not noticing any difference? Either way, please take a quick minute to fill out that survey, by going to http://goo.gl/TDH78i

3. Math Help
-A lot of parents have expressed a need for help with the "new math".  This short survey will get your input on what method of help would be most helpful for you (meeting with teacher, video, handout, etc).  Please take a second to fill this one out-- it doesn't take long!
